Best time to visit Machu Picchu weather
7. Re: Most Useful Time of Year To Go To Machu Picchu
August was my favorite time for you to travel because of the obvious, sharp climate. Fog & rainfall had been minimal plus the lighting on damages at the moment of the year is magical.
May is a good time and energy to travel due to the fact rainy season is generally over therefore the Summer crowds of people have-not begun.
I have been to Galapagos which includes 2 months, rainy and dry. Jan/Feb will be the wettest but even then your amount of yearly rainfall just isn't great. Dec starts the busy period and Sept, Oct, Nov would be the slowest. I love the land-based tours including tasks in both water as well as on the islands. You sleep & dine in little resort hotels & lodges.
The minimum timeframe necessary to go to both locations is around 12 days. When you yourself have time for you to do a "slow" trip of Galapagos, you need to take care to hang out on Isabela Island to absorb the lazy, sandy life style. It's amazing to be able to move away from the "rush."
